Really great day here. Lots and lots to see and do. Plenty of all the usual farm animals to see, some pens are even open for visitors to go inside to pet the animals. Tractors and other vehicles to clamber over and a bouncy castle. The beauty of this place was when the inevitable rain came there is a large indoor cafe/soft play area, just perfect to pass the time until the weather improves. Plenty of parking and very reasonable admission price. Will defo visit again.

Reasonably priced open farm with huge soft play (for big and little kids) with loads of animals, petting pens and a huge field full of things to do....bouncy castles, tractors to sit on, tunnels to climb through, climbing frames, mini tractors to drive yourself, sandpit with diggers, play combine harvester and lots of picnic benches. Plenty of parking (additional parking in next field). Cafe serves a limited choice of food but reasonably priced. My 3 year old loved it. One word of warning for parents.....the play barn and field gets quite chilly on overcast days for us parents sat watching the kids so take a coat! I was frozen today. My 3 year old was sweating from running around so he was fine! Enjoy. Great day out.

Had so much fun at Rookery today, lots of baby animals to see including goats, chicks, calves and lambs along with usual array of animals. Great outdoor and indoor play areas so good for all weathers and ages. We took our own snacks and drinks as offering is limited ( don't except good coffee 🤣) Toilets are clean but basic baby changing area to is a little cold Lots of space to sit down inside and out If you're planning to visit regularly annual membership is best option *Tip they only except cash or cheque * wellies and changes of outfit are a good idea extra socks for outdoor bouncy castle as can be damp

The option of indoor soft play and outdoor play alongside farm animals makes this a great choice day out whatever the weather. My boy loved loved loved this place. The yearly membership deal is great value (£45 each). The only negative is they only accept cash. Therefore couldn't pay for this membership on the day. We will definitely be back.
