Firstly don’t be put off booking by the required prebooking system As soon as you get your email to confirm you can now book your activities do it immediately as they get booked up in a flash Don’t panic if you don’t get booked as slots open up at 8am on the day or you can queue & staff do their best to accommodate you We stayed at the Shoreline hotel which was central to everything & not far the beach. The rooms are specially kitted out for kids with round edges, a busy board, bath & shower, bunk beds (you will need to take a bed guard if required or you can hire one, same situ for a travel cot) The activities are pretty good although i found specific shows like peppa pig & Pj masks so short being only 30 mins long Food wise we booked via the Dinearound plan which is basically half board but you get priority upon entry & seated at your booking time On the whole the food was average & sometimes delayed but seriously lacking any healthy options Facilities generally clean, there is a supermarket onsite which is so handy Theres a fun fair open between 10-4 mostly the rides are free although expect to pay for some like the go karts Good parks, good rock climbing etc In all it was a great holiday & actually all the staff were happy & helpful
