Great day out for all the family. The farm is great for the children as there are lots of animals to see and play areas. Pig feeding time is a good experience. The farm is especially good in lambing season. The cafe is good but expensive. In the summer we take our own picnic.

Great national trust house and farm in Cambridge, Lots of space to run around for children with themed events throughout the year. We visited at Christmas where there were lots of interesting outdoor things to look at. The barn in the farm had hay bales to play in and an amazing band playing. We have visited a number of times taken a picnic and also eaten at the cafe on the farm which is great. *Baby changing is good but can be chilly in the winter *Dress for out doors *They have lots of animal contact times with pig feeding, demonstrations of shire horses etc *Lots of outdoor hand washing bays for hygiene all at child height * car park can be muddy in winter so wellies best * weekends and holidays you can get to farm on tractor and trailer.
