We visited Old McDonald’s Farm, A Christmas Journey event. I have to say we had the best time it was the perfect family day out. There was lots of animals, rides (the dog rollercoaster was a big hit) and even an amazing circus with lots of talent! I was super impressed, the circus definitely gave a special touch to our day. Everywhere we looked there was so much detail. We even got to meet santa and have a picture with him. It was so great to see that he was walking around the farm to give all the children a chance to meet him. Another special touch was the post office where the children was asked some questions and was told him he was on the nice list. The staff were super friendly and helpful in every way possible. All the rides were cleaned before we got on and there was hand sanitiser stations around the farm so don’t worry if you forget your hand gel. Old McDonald’s Farm done a great job by ensuring social distancing was in place. We took our own pack lunch but ended up getting some hot drinks and a portion of chips. There was ample of spaces to sit down and eat. I never felt like we were bumping into anyone and that was definitely reassuring. We absolutely loved the Christmas journey and I would highly recommend a trip to Old McDonald’s Farm.

Great for little ones as loads to do for them. A few rides you had to be over 1m but most were little one friendly! A bit pricey but we took a picnic so just got an ice cream and didn’t spend too much and enough to do to spend the whole day there too
