From gentle floating, kicking and splashing to wriggling, giggling and jumping in! Swimming with your baby is a very special time, where you can focus purely on each other and enjoy the closeness of playing in water. It’s also the perfect exercise for little ones, since water allows their muscles to move freely while being supported by its buoyancy. 

One of our core philosophies is that we’ll teach you to teach your baby to swim. So together, we’ll teach your child to feel safe and confident both above and below the water. You’ll be amazed that within a few lessons they’ll be moving freely under the water – they’ll love the joy of having a totally different underwater world to play in! Over time they’ll progress from the early days of enjoying the freedom and fun – floating kicking and splashing about – to learning to swim independently. 

There are HUGE cognitive, physical and psychological benefits to getting little ones into the water as soon as possible, just a few include:

Swimming is a fantastic way of burning off calories, getting out and about having fun, while all the time teaching your baby or toddler a skill that could one day save their life. It’s one of the best forms of exercise for both of you, and just think of all the fun you’ll be able to have with your water baby when they arrive or if they are already here – whether they’re in a paddling pool in the garden or a swimming pool somewhere exotic, there’ll be no stopping them!

Lessons are £18.50 per session and can be paid by convenient monthly direct debit .
